Q. - Once I buy a deal, can I get a refund on my order? 
A. - Since deals are pre-paid discounts, returns are handled on a case by case basis. If you experience any problems using your deal, let us know right away (Email customerservice@pcsweetdeals.com) and we'll make sure you get the help you need. And, if at any time you think ParentsCanada Sweet Deals has not delivered on our promise, let us know and we'll refund your purchase. Simple!

Using a Deal

Q. - When can I use my deal? 
A. - Unless noted, you can use your deal the next business day after you buy it.

Q. - Do I need to print my voucher? 
A. - For local merchants, a voucher is like a coupon - or cash, so you will need to print the voucher and present the actual voucher to the merchant in order to redeem your deal. Without the voucher, the merchant has no way of knowing that you purchased the deal. For a deal that is for an online merchant, you need to input the voucher code at checkout to get the credit for your purchase.

Q. - Do my deals have an expiration date? 
A. - Yes. Most do expire. The expiration date will be noted in the deal Details and on the voucher itself. Most range between 6 months and 1 year.

Q. - Can I use the deal with offers or specials? 
A. - No, unless mentioned otherwise.

Q. - What is your policy regarding refunds? 
A. - All sales are final. However, if you have any problems with the purchase you made or service you received, please contact that merchant directly. If you experience any problems using your deal, let us know right away (Email customerservice@pcsweetdeals.com) and we'll make sure you get the help you need. If at any time you think we have not delivered on our promise, let us know and we'll refund your purchase. Simple!

Q. - If I don't use the entire value of the deal at one time, can I get a refund for the difference? 
A. - No, unless otherwise noted you have to use the entire value of the Save. However, our deals are so good, we don't think you'll have a hard time finding ways to spend your deal!

Q. - Does my deal include tax?
A. - The appropriate amount of tax will be added either during our checkout process or by the merchant when you use your deal, this should be noted in the deal fine print.

Q. - Does my deal cover the tip? 
A. - No. Unless otherwise noted, deals generally do not cover tips, so please add your own gratuity! Also, please tip on the full value of the service or meal that you received - before the deal was applied. We don't want anyone losing out on our great deals!

Q. - What if my deal expires before I use it? 
A. - If a Voucher is not redeemed by the Expiration Date, the Merchant will honor the unused Cash Value paid (but generally not the Face Value) to the extent required by law. Provincial laws may provide that Merchants are obligated to honor the Cash Value for a period beyond the Expiration Date; if this applies, it is a duty of the Merchant and not ParentsCanada Sweet Deals.

Q. - What are Sweet Deals Rewards? 
A. - Sweet Deals Rewards are like cash. Use them to lower the price when buying your next deal. We start every new member with $2 worth of Sweet Deal Rewards, and we make it easy to earn more.

Q. - How do I earn Sweet Mommy Rewards? 
A. - We make it easy to earn more Save Rewards. Invite friends & family who don't know about Parents Canada Sweet Deals and we'll give you $5 of Sweet Deal Rewards when each one buys their first Save. There's no limit to how many new members you can refer, so share the deals and watch the Rewards add up.

Q. - How do I use Sweet Mommy Rewards? 
A. - When you buy a deal, we automatically deduct the balance of your Sweet Deals Rewards from the price that you pay for the deal at checkout.

Q. - What if my Sweet Deal Rewards balance is greater than the price of the deal I am buying? 
A. - Don't worry, if you have more Sweet Deal Rewards than the price of the deal, we only deduct what you need to pay for that deal (making it free!!), and we keep the remaining balance in your Rewards account for you to use when you want.

Q. - Are Save Rewards available on every Deal? 
A. - Sweet Mommy Rewards will be available to use on most deals. However, from time to time some of our deals aren't eligible for Sweet Deal Rewards due to either a very low price, our aggressive discount negotiations, or due to contractual and legal obligations.
