BY USING PARENTSCANADA SWEET DEALS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME A PARTY TO AND BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BECOME A PARTY TO AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE PARENTSCANADA SWEETDEALS.COM. IF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER BY PARENTSCANADA SWEET DEALS, PARENTSCANADA SWEET DEALS' ACCEPTANCE IS CONDITIONED UPON YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL OF THE TERMS LISTED BELOW 

In return for using ParentsCanada Sweet Deals.com, you (also referred to as "Visitor") agree to the following Terms of Service:

About ParentsCanada SweetDeals. ParentsCanada.com/sweetdeals.com is an online community that connects customers and merchants. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals provides advertisements of special offers and promotions on goods and services, as well as additional information on discounts, prices and availability. All offers and promotions are offered by the merchant, not ParentsCanada Sweet Deals, although some information has been compiled by ParentsCanada Sweet Deals from merchant sites and materials and are not provided directly by the merchants. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals acts only as a venue. The material that appears on ParentsCanada Sweet Deals is for informational and advertising purposes only. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals is not responsible for and does not guarantee the performance of any such goods or services. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals is not involved in the transaction between you and merchants and does not control whether merchants honor the promotions, special offers, discounts, prices or other information listed on ParentsCanada Sweet Deals. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals respects the privacy of its users. See our privacy policy

Voucher Sales and Redemption. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals offers Visitors the opportunity to purchase vouchers (each, a "Voucher") that will enable them to buy goods or services from an offering merchant (each, a "Merchant"). Visitors pay a non-refundable fixed amount (the "Cash Value") for a Voucher that generally has a higher redemption value (the "Face Value"). ParentsCanada Sweet Deals merely acts as the venue and conduit for this purchase: it is the Visitor who buys, and the Merchant who sells, the Voucher. The following rules apply, except where prohibited by law.

The Voucher or Voucher offer will describe the Cash Value and Face Value of the Voucher; the types of goods and/or services that may be purchased and any restrictions (for example, that a restaurant Voucher cannot be applied to alcohol, sales tax or tip, or may be used only for in-restaurant dining); the number of times it may be used; and the deadline for use ("Expiration Date"). It is at the Merchant's discretion whether Vouchers can be combined with other promotions, offers or coupons. Merchants may impose additional rules and restrictions: read the terms of the Merchant's offer and any associated information to understand the redemption rules.

Any deliberate attempt to redeem a Voucher that is inconsistent with these Voucher Sales and Redemption rules may, at the discretion of the Merchant, render the Voucher void.

Neither ParentsCanada Sweet Deals nor any Merchant is responsible for, or must reimburse the value of, lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers. Vouchers may not be sold or transferred (unless permitted by the Merchant); nor may they be copied or modified. If a Voucher is not redeemed by the Expiration Date, the Merchant may honor the unused Cash Value paid (but generally not the Face Value) to the extent required by law. PARENTSCANADA SWEET DEALS HAS NO LIABILITY FOR REDEMPTION OF VOUCHERS OR REPAYMENT OF THEIR VALUE, but will make reasonable efforts to assist Visitors whose Merchants will not honor the Face Value (in accordance with the rules of redemption) or, after the Expiration Date, the unused Cash Value. No Visitor is entitled to a refund of the Cash Value or Face Value, but at most the opportunity to redeem the Voucher for the types of goods and services (subject to any restrictions) contained in the Voucher. Provincial laws may provide that Merchants are obligated to honor the Cash Value for a period beyond the Expiration Date; if this applies, it is a duty of the Merchant and not ParentsCanada Sweet Deals. Again, ParentsCanada Sweet Deals is not the Merchant or sales agent and has none of the Merchant's redemption or other obligations. 

Save Rewards. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals Rewards are non-transferrable and are not redeemable for cash. Not all deals are eligible for purchase with Rewards. Rewards are applied automatically at checkout, if available, up to the full amount of the deal. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases. Terms regarding use of Rewards may change at any time. Advertised prices will often include the deduction of Rewards. 

Occasionally ParentsCanada Sweet Deals runs a Referral Rewards program. Referral Rewards are issued when an existing member refers a new, unique person who creates an account on ParentsCanada Sweet Deals and that person then makes their first purchase within 30 days. Referral Rewards will only be granted for those using the ParentsCanada Sweet Deals share tools designed to track referrals and Rewards. A referrer must have an existing account and be identified at the time they create their unique Link in order to be eligible for Rewards. The referred person must use the referrer's unique and identifiable Link in order for the referrer to be eligible for Rewards. A referred person can only earn Rewards for a single referrer. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals may impose restrictions on the number of Referral Rewards allowed per member.

ParentsCanada Sweet Deals reserves the right to resolve all Rewards disputes at its discression.

Promotion Codes. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals offers Promotion, or Promo, Codes for some purchases. In order for a Promo Code to apply, it must be entered in the payment section of the order page. Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Promo codes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, credit, or Rewards. Certain restrictions apply to Promo Codes. Promo Codes are not available for use on every deal. Promo Codes may have quantity or time based restrictions. Only one Promo Code may be used per purchase. Promo Codes can only be used one time per person. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals reserves the right to apply any and all Rewards before applying the value of a Promo Code. The value of a promo code can never exceed the value of a purchase. 

Visitor. You can become a member of ParentsCanada Sweet Deals by filling out the necessary information. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not (i) register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person; nor will you (ii) adopt a user name that ParentsCanada Sweet Deals, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals use of your personal information is subject to its privacy policy; use of your information by merchants or sites linked to or referenced by ParentsCanada Sweet Deals are subject to that site/merchant's policies and should be reviewed by you. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals does not review or take responsibility for the terms, conditions or policies of the sites and merchants to which it references or to which it links.

Visitor Responsibilities. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any offer, promotion or other information available through ParentsCanada Sweet Deals. You are responsible for confirming with the merchant any information you received through ParentsCanada Sweet Deals before you purchase any goods or services. If you use the services or information made available through ParentsCanada Sweet Deals, you must use your own judgment in completing the sale or other transaction. You are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws. You release ParentsCanada Sweet Deals from all claims, losses or liabilities related to your use of the services, offers, or information on ParentsCanada Sweet Deals.com, any related transactions or any alleged misrepresentation or breach of a merchant and agree to indemnify and defend ParentsCanada Sweet Deals against all claims, losses or liabilities related to the your use of the services, offers, information on ParentsCanada Sweet Deals, and any related transactions. You represent and warrant that all information supplied to ParentsCanada Sweet Deals, including name and email address, is accurate and personal to you. You agree that you shall not use ParentsCanada Sweet Deals on behalf of yourself or any other person or entity nor allow any other person or entity to use or gain access to ParentsCanada Sweet Deals services through you for any purpose other than your personal use. You further agree not to use ParentsCanada Sweet Deals services to conduct any non-personal or commercial competitive analysis of services or products offered by merchants.

Linked Websites. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals contains links to other websites that are not operated by ParentsCanada Sweet Deals. PARENTSCANADA SWEET DEALS DOES NOT CONTROL THESE WEBSITES AND DOES NOT ENDORSE OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE LINKED WEBSITES. The existence of such links shall not be construed as an endorsement of the material appearing on such sites. You should check the terms of use and privacy policies of all sites you link to from our site.

Code of Conduct/Right to Terminate: You will not post or distribute any materials that are abusive, libelous, defamatory or obscene; or that are fraudulent or deceptive; or that violate anyone's copyrights or other intellectual property; or that violate anyone's confidentiality or privacy; or that harass, threaten, or are otherwise inappropriate. You will not falsely identify the source of any communications or materials, deliberately mislead anyone as to your identity (including impersonating a representative of ParentsCanada Sweet Deals), use the site to transmit unsolicited email, or act contrary to the law. You will indemnify us if we get sued because of your misconduct. We can terminate your access to the ParentsCanada Sweet Deals (i) for any actual, apparent, threatened or accused misconduct, or (ii) in our discretion for any reason.

Uploaded Materials: You represent that you will have the right to post or upload to ParentsCanada Sweet Deals any information or materials that you do post or upload, and you hereby license us and other members to make unrestricted and perpetual use of any such materials you make available in a public area of this website. You will indemnify us and any members who get sued because you violate this promise.

Objectionable Content/Copyright Policy: If you believe your rights have been violated by, or you otherwise object to, any posting, content or information on the ParentsCanada Sweet Deals site, please contact us at info@pcsweetdeals.com promptly so we can evaluate the claim and take appropriate action. It is ParentsCanada Sweet Deals policy to respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement, and to remove, or disable access to, infringing material. If you believe that any of the content or materials appearing on ParentsCanada Sweet Deals contain infringements, please send a notice to us at the address below. Ownership. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals and/or its agents, licensors, site sponsors, participating merchants, advertisers, strategic partners and other content providers retain all rights to their applicable services, special offers, advertisements, promotions and the related text and graphics displayed on or accessed via ParentsCanada Sweet Deals.  All trademarks, logos, service marks and corporate identifiers ("Marks") displayed on ParentsCanada Sweet Deals are the property of ParentsCanada Sweet Deals and/or its agents, licensors, site sponsors, participating merchants, advertisers, strategic partners and other content providers. Visitors are prohibited from using any Marks without the written permission of ParentsCanada Sweet Deals as well as such third party which may own the Marks. All content on ParentsCanada Sweet Deals is protected by copyright and, other than for personal and non-commercial purposes, Visitors are prohibited from modifying, using, publishing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, reproducing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works from, or otherwise exploiting any of the content of ParentsCanada Sweet Deals.  All materials submitted to ParentsCanada Sweet Deals.com via form or email become property of ParentsCanada Sweet Deals.com, including but not limited to user questions, recipes, savings tips, and articles.

PARENTSCANADA SWEET DEALS DOES NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE ACCESS TO ITS SERVICES, AND OPERATION OF THE SITE MAY BE INTERFERED WITH BY NUMEROUS FACTORS OUTSIDE PARENTSCANADA SWEET DEALS' CONTROL. 

PARENTSCANADA SWEET DEALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE HEREUNDER (I) IN EXCESS OF THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO YOUR CLAIM; OR (II) FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RELATED TO SERVICES, OFFERS, INFORMATION ON PARENTSCANADA SWEET DEALS.COM, ANY TRANSACTIONS MADE AFTER USE OF PARENTSCANADA SWEET DEALS.COM, ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH PARENTSCANADA SWEET DEALS, OR ANY OFFER MISREPRESENTED OR NOT FULFILLED BY A MERCHANT.

Changes. ParentsCanada Sweet Deals may modify its site, services or these terms at any time by changing these Terms of Service or other information on ParentsCanada Sweet Deals. Such modification includes, without limitation, restricting access, suspending, or discontinuing service, changing the rules of use, and terminating your use. By using ParentsCanada Sweet Deals after such changes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as modified.

Miscellaneous. These Terms of Service shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Ontario, excluding conflict of laws provisions. The parties shall bring any cause of action arising under these terms in a Federal or state court located in Ontario. Access to and use of ParentsCanada Sweet Deals.com are subject to all applicable Canadian and foreign laws and regulations, including export laws. If any provision herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that it is enforceable. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersede all prior agreements. A waiver of a provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of any other provisions. The headings are for convenience only and do not modify any provisions.
